오늘 점심시간에 모르는 분으로터 문자메시지가 왔고, 모르는 번호였고, 바로 전화를 드렸고, 통화 중이었고, 다시 전화를 드렸고, 결국 다섯번 만에 제대로 통화를 하게 되었고, 중견물류업체의 이사였고, 인터넷을 통해서 저에게 전화를 주었고, 오후에 만나서 대화를 하고 함께 식사했고,  전시.이벤트물류와 관련하여, 파트너쉽으로 일하자는 내용이었다.
여러모로 훌륭한 분이었고, 친밀감과 공감대를 형성할 시간이었다.

관계는 관계의 길이나 시간보다는 관계의 질이 중요하고, 관계의 질은 대화의 질이 중요하다고 생각하는 시간이었다.

During this lunch time, I got a message from an unknown gentleman. His cell number was quite new.
He found my contact information on Internet, say, Korean search engine Naver.
I came to have a phone conversation with him after I tried to call him five times.
He visited Korea GLS this afternoon.
We had a deep conversation with him about creating a strategic partnership in exhibition & event logistics. His company is a big logistics firm.
I was able to create a strong friendship and a new relationship with him.
He is such a great person, obviously.

When it comes to human relationship, the quality of relationship is by far more important than the length of relationship.
The quality of relationship depends on the quality of communication.
