[포워딩.전시물류~코리아지엘에스] 한의학을 통한 체질변화 + 건강 + 가족행복

​

딸 진서의 재촉으로 어제 오전에 한의원에 가서 체질검사를 하고, 한의사님으로부터 체질, 음식습관 등 설명을 들었고, 간에 열이 많다고 침을 맞았다.

신장에 물이 약해 균형이 맞지 않고, 밀가루음식, 커피 등 피해야 할 음식, 좋은 음식을 추천 받았다.

돌아오는 길에 딸이 말하길, "아빠가 한의원에 오지 않을까 염려가 있었어.".

지난 주에 딸에게 봉사활동하러 가자 했을 때, "오케이. 근데, 한의원에 가야해." 요청했을 때, "오케이"라고 답했다.

부모들이 생각하는 것보다 자녀들은 훨씬 부모의 건강을 걱정하고, 부모를 사랑한다.

자녀와 아내가 내 건강을 염려하지 않도록 전문가의 말을 경청하고, 체질의 변화를 만들고, 가족의 안정과 행복을 만들어야겠다.

When I said to my 16-year-old daughter last week, "Let's go to do volunteer work this Saturday", she answered, "Okay. And you gotta go to an Oriental medicine clinic for your physical check-up.".

I said okay to her.

Yesterday morning I went to the same clinic that my family goes to.

The head doctor of Korean medicine gave me instructions on the food I must avoid eating and the food I need to eat.

While we were on our way back home, she said, "I was afraid that you wouldn't go to the clinic.", and looking happy.

Once again I found her great love for me.

Children are by far more worried about parents' health than parents think, and love parents much more than parents feel.

You gotta be healthy.
